100 Mile House RCMP responded to a report of a man with the body of a dead relative in his vehicle on Monday, April 16
Sgt. Brian Lamb said RCMP launched an immediate investigation into this incident and located the man. Lamb said the RCMP can confirm that the death of the person was not suspicious.
“The body of the deceased individual has been recovered and is being dealt with accordingly,” Lamb confirmed.
The man was taken to the District of 100 Mile House Hospital to receive any treatment he may have needed, added Lamb.
RCMP said they will be releasing no further details regarding this incident at this time.
